Had an awesome dinner with my Alliance Manchester Business School MBA classmates yesterday. We graduated 7 years ago which is crazy 😀
We discussed life, careers, pre-MBA, post-MBA and more. Some of the sentences we kept using was “This is what an MBA would say” or “This is how an MBA would think” or “This was pre-MBA” 😀
We all agreed that going through made us think and approach things very differently. For me, I would say:
🙇🏻♀️Think from a wider organisation strategy and less functionally siloed.
💁🏻♀️ Understood the power of asking “why” and digging deep even if it was in personal life.
🙌🏼 it is always continues improvement that pushes us forward
