Agile is the toughest to roll out, to have a successful Agile program the best I have seen was:
1. Clear Agile roadmaps
2. Having champions across all levels of the organisation
3. Buy in and use Agile at the top level
4. Being Agile with Agile roll-out. This means long-term roadmap but review MVP by MVP
5. Agile is a challenge management and has a big human aspect to it, successful organisations realise that and manage it.
