Christmas is a great time but I have recently seen a couple of people who were having some challenges and this opened my eyes to:
- Some poeple are working over Christmas and it can be stressful to close few things
- Some people are having personal challenges during this time and the holidays can make those challagea even more challenging
We are all humans so please be aware of your feelings and the feelings of those around you. You can see it as building resilience but also be ok to ask for help if you need to.
