Sundays are my planning nights, I get to add everything to my calendar and take control of my week before it starts.
The rule is “If it is not in the calendar, it is not getting done”. If throughout the week you want to move things around you can do that but this means you will have to move the calendar slot.
Time blocking or time boxing is a methodology I have been using for years and it is brilliant, as a data person I need to see data including how I spend my time 😊
