Changing industries is something that adds a lot to the person both personally and professionally. It can help the person learn more about themselves and affects their personality. Having worked in FMCG, Consulting, Automotive, IT among others made me the person I am today.

• FMCG helped me understand more about my purpose and how important it is to bring it to work, as Unilever says “brands with purpose grow. We believe companies with purpose last. We believe people with purpose thrive
• Consulting taught me problem structuring, design thinking and the importance of strategy.
• Automotive thought me the importance of measuring impact and safely.
• IT helped me discover my passion for technology and how it can make life a blessing.
• Hospitality taught me teamwork, people are different and if we realise the strength in each team member, the team will be super successful.
